Payments

1. $220 to complete registration which includes the Registration, Book, Gait Belt and Uniform.
2. First Monday $500 tuition.
3. Second Monday $500 tuition.
4. Third Monday $500 tuition.

• You review and sign the form then we email a link to pay the $220 registration fees.
• When the fee is paid we apply the final signature to complete the class registration form.

Live Scan

The Live Scan form is how CDPH obtains your background check. This allows CDPH the time to review and clear you for certification while you are completing our class. You must do a new Live Scan when starting a new CNA training program.

TB test / Tuberculosis screening

We need a copy of your exam from within the past 12 months. We sell this as an option for $40 and it is performed on campus during the first week of class. We have a form you may use if required by your Physician.

Physical Exam

We need a copy of your exam from within the past 12 months. We sell this as an option for $60 and it is performed on campus during the first week of class. We have a form you may use if required by your Physician.

Students must successfully complete 160 training hours to earn a certificate of completion. Students then register for the State exam scheduled about a week after the class ends.
