1. $220 to complete registration which includes fees for Registration, Book, Gait Belt and Uniform.
2. First Monday $500 tuition.
3. Second Monday $500 tuition.
4. Third Monday $500 tuition.

Start your Online Application with CDPH

CDPH has a new online system for faster application processing. It will ask for you to upload your copy of the Live Scan and an applicable form of ID such as a Driver License or Passport. We guide everyone through the process during the first week of class.

Live Scan

The Live Scan form is how CDPH obtains your background check. This allows CDPH the time to review and clear you for certification while you are completing our class. You must do a new Live Scan when starting a new CNA training program.

TB test / Tuberculosis screening

We need a copy of your exam from within the past 12 months or a chest x-ray from the past 10 years. We sell a 2-step PPD for $40 and it is performed on campus during the first week of class. We have a form you may use if required by your examiner.

Physical Exam

We need a copy of your exam from within the past 12 months. We sell this as an option for $60 and it is performed on campus during the first week of class. It is a essentially a non-invasive interview. We have a form you may use if required by your examiner.

Students must successfully complete 160 training hours and pass all exams to earn a certificate of completion. 

We are an approved site for the State Exam via TMU. This means you get to learn in the same room and use the same equipment as the state exam. Our students love having that additional confidence! We are still at 100% pass rate for our skills. TMU charges $140  for the exam.
